Job summary

Allianz Life is seeking a senior actuary to lead the development, pricing, and strategic direction of Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products. You will be an expert on IUL mechanics, index crediting structures, and actuarial modeling, reporting to a senior leader on the Product Development team.

You will design and refine IUL products, build pricing models, set assumptions, and collaborate across Investments, Underwriting, and Reinsurers to ensure competitive, sustainable design that aligns with

Qualifications

• 11+ years actuarial experience in life product development, including IUL.
• Four-year degree required in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA)

Responsibilities

• Design and refine IUL products and index strategies.
• Build pricing models using advanced actuarial techniques.
• Set assumptions for mortality, persistency, expenses, funding, and rider usage.
• Collaborate with Investments, Underwriting, and Reinsurers on pricing and strategy.
• Monitor market trends to guide product mix and competitiveness.
