Job summary
A leading insurance firm in Minneapolis is seeking a seasoned actuary to design and enhance Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products. The ideal candidate has over 11 years of experience in life product development, including a Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA). This role requires expertise in actuarial modeling, product pricing strategies, and collaboration across teams. The competitive salary range is $140,000 to $240,000, exclusive of benefits, and includes annual incentives. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- 11+ years of actuarial experience with life product development.
- Expertise in actuarial modeling and pricing methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine IUL products and strategies.
- Build and validate pricing models for product behavior.
- Conduct profitability analysis and scenario modeling.
- Mentor actuarial staff on IUL concepts.
