SolutionHealth is seeking a Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) Operations Analyst to lead and coordinate ITSM processes—Incident Management, Major Incident Response, Problem Management, and Change Enablement. You’ll serve as Incident Commander during disruptions, ensuring timely triage, escalation, and resolution with real-time leadership.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, ITIL Foundation within 6 months, Epic certifications, and at least 7 years in IT/healthcare IT with Epic
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive work experience.
- ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules.
Responsabilités
- Lead IT incident response activities as Incident Commander during disruptions.
- Coordinate cross-functional response efforts to restore services.
- Facilitate incident bridge calls and manage real-time comms.
- Document incident timelines, actions, and decisions in real time.
- Lead structured RCA and post-incident reviews with corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to Incident, Problem, and Change practices.
