Job summary
SolutionHealth is seeking a Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) Operations Analyst in Massachusetts to lead and coordinate ITSM processes, focusing on Incident Management, Major Incident Response, Problem Management, and Change Enablement. You will serve as Incident Commander during service disruptions, ensuring timely triage, escalation, and resolution.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ITIL Foundation within 6 months, Epic certification(s), and 7+ years in IT or healthcare
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Epic certification(s) in one or more modules required.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT incident response as Incident Commander during disruptions and major incidents.
- Coordinate cross‑functional response efforts to restore services quickly.
- Facilitate incident bridges and real‑time communications with stakeholders.
- Document incident timelines, actions, decisions, and outcomes in real time.
- Lead root cause analysis and post‑incident reviews with corrective actions.
