Job summary
SolutionHealth in New Hampshire seeks a Senior ITSM Operations Analyst to design and lead IT service management processes, focusing on Incident, Major Incident Response, Problem Management, and Change Enablement. You will act as Incident Commander during disruptions and ensure timely, structured resolution.
Requires a Bachelor's, ITIL Foundation, Epic certifications, and 7+ years IT/healthcare IT experience with Epic EHR exposure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
- Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules.
- Minimum 7 years of IT or healthcare IT experience with Epic EHR exposure.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT incident response activities as Incident Commander during disruptions and major incidents.
- Coordinate cross-functional response efforts to restore services and minimize impact.
- Facilitate incident bridge calls and manage real-time communications.
- Document incident timelines, actions, decisions and outcomes in real time.
- Lead structured RCA and post-incident reviews with corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to Incident, Problem and Change ITSM practices.
