Job summary

Miovision in the North East is seeking a Senior Field Solutions Engineer to scale software adoption and operational excellence, building deep relationships with city agencies and translating complex infrastructure challenges into Miovision solutions.

You will act as an embedded consultant, lead pilots and proofs of concepts, design implementation plans, and help shape product roadmaps while traveling 40-50% to cities across NY, MA, CT and beyond.

Qualifications

• Deep ITS and traffic management domain knowledge.
• Ability to consult on civic network architecture and deployments.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle principles.

Responsibilities

• Work across city departments to design connected Smart City solutions.
• Act as embedded consultant; lead pilots, POCs, and demos.
• Write solution designs, technical documents, and implementation plans.
• Manage approvals and updates to ITS specifications with customers.
• Resolve issues and advocate for customers together with Product/Support.
• Grow accounts and share best practices across teams.
