• Proven track record leading IT modernization across multiple tech domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of a medium-sized IT system to a new program with minimal business disruption.
• Oversee IT modernization and transformation initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate resources across Windows/Linux servers, Kubernetes, storage, desktops, and management software.
• Implement and maintain ITSM best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile project management to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status, milestones, and deliverables to leadership.
