Job description

As a Project Manager in this role, you will oversee the transition of a medium‑sized IT system to a new program, ensuring seamless migration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. You will coordinate the modernization and transformation of infrastructure that includes Windows and Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters, storage appliances, desktops, and their associated management software. Your responsibilities will involve developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver results within scope and budget. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • 10–12+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Agile Scrum project management, IT transformation planning, and technology strategy planning.
  • Experience with system migrations in hybrid environments of Windows and Linux.
  • Exposure to container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and hands‑on knowledge of storage solutions and endpoint management tools.
  • Background in leading IT modernization or transformation initiatives across multiple technology domains.
Security Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.
Compensation

The base pay range for this position in the listed locations is $149,500—$313,100 USD. Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience.
