Job summary

PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant to support a CIO Office transformation program. You will help establish program management foundations and design a scalable framework for key transformation initiatives.

You will manage baselines, governance, and progress tracking while advising senior stakeholders on strategic IT and organizational challenges. Fluency in English is required, with French or other languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT consulting, program management or a comparable strategic role.
• Strong track record in large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in large organizations.
• Solid understanding of organizational change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Confident communication with senior executives.
• Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English; French or additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience within the luxury industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish baseline documentation through data collection, analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop foundational program management documentation.
• Manage program planning, reporting and progress tracking.
• Assess and design large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Develop a blueprint and governance framework for future transformation initiatives.
• Identify innovation, optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Apply proven transformation and program management methodologies.
• Assess the impact of IT changes on people, processes and organizational structures.
• Advise senior stakeholders on strategic IT and organizational challenges.
• Prepare and present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive management.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
