Job summary

Leidos’ Health and Services Sector is seeking a Senior IT Training & Multimedia Specialist to lead the production of video content, motion design, and graphics for IT training. You will oversee planning, filming, editing, and QA across studio and on-location shoots, collaborating with instructional designers to deliver engaging eLearning content.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management, forward-thinking in emerging technologies including AI tools, and experience mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media production or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or InDesign.
• Ability to work independently and guide the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, filming, and editing of video and photography content across shoots, including lighting and sound.
• Collaborate with instructional designer to create interactive content.
• Produce and edit video content using Camtasia, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve; include scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• Conduct quality control and apply corrective actions to ensure content quality.
• Lead live streaming setup and production using OBS or vMix.
• Transcribe and caption videos using automated tools.
