TeamLogic IT in Bradenton, FL is seeking an IT Technician III to solve both large and small projects for customers, acting as a trusted advisor. Engineers must interact with colleagues, executives, and front-line staff with strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.

The role requires a college diploma in computer science or 5 years of equivalent work experience, plus hands-on work with Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of equivalent work experience or more in IT support.
• A+ Certification or equivalent IT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, and email to ensure timely resolution.
• Provisioning and system setup for new hires.
• Prioritize incidents and service requests to meet defined SLAs.
• Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving support requests.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level and hardware repairs.
• Install and configure hardware and software across network devices.
• Install antivirus software and keep virus definitions up to date.
• Server administration via Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, DHCP.
• Network firewall and switch administration and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals.
