Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a Senior IT Technical Analyst to join the Global Network Services team in a hybrid role based in Riverview, FL or Tampa, FL. You will design and support monitoring of IP networks, assist in security remediation, and provide Tier 2–3 support for global network operations.

Preferred candidates hold CCNA/CCNP, a Bachelor's in CS/IS, and 5+ years in IT infrastructure and Cisco networking.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required, major in Related Field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, major in Computer and Information Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Operations Management experience.
• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure knowledge.
• 5+ years of Cisco Network experience.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Global Security Team with network security design, audit, reviews and remediation.
• Monitor, trend and forecast global network performance and capacity planning.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of global voice and data networks in a Cisco IP environment.
• Provide Tier 2 & 3 support for the Global Network Operations Team.
• Lead development and implementation of proactive IP network monitoring and alerting tools.
• Support Mosaic’s global network tools and technologies in compliance with change management procedures.

## Senior IT Technical AnalystApply: Hybrid Working: US - Riverview, FL: US - Tampa, FL (Lithia area): Full time: Posted Today: 65273The Senior IT Technical Analyst is a member of the Global Network Services team, which is responsible for all aspects of Network /IPT Voice infrastructure including, but not limited to, WAN, MAN, LAN and enterprise datacenter networking. This person will design and support monitoring of the internet and other inbound/outbound data circuits, adhere to selected best practices and defined security policies, document of key network components, and provide 24x7 production support. Architectures will include IP switching/routing/WAN and wireless technologies, remote access and security technologies such as firewalls and VPNs. **What will you do?*** Assisting the Global Security Team with network security design, audit, reviews and remediation.* Monitoring, trending and forecasting global network performance and capacity planning.* Collaborative design and implementation of global voice and data networks in a Cisco IP environment. Define network and IPT requirements. Provide Tier 2 & 3 support for and mentor the Global Network Operations Team.* Utilize professional concepts and company policies/procedures to implement a diverse range of architecture solutions in our production environment. Lead the development and implementation of pro-active IP network monitoring and alerting tools.
