Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant IT experience in operations, systems administration, or hybrid roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from scope to launch, including implementing a new phone system.
• Provide on-site support for hardware, troubleshooting, and onboarding.
• Research and recommend hardware and software improvements.
