Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime and performance of IT infrastructure including servers and networks.
• Lead administration of Windows Server environments, Exchange, 365, AD, storage, and backup systems.
• Resolve complex technical issues across servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Plan upgrades and improvements to infrastructure and security controls.
