Job summary

RAPA SE in Selb, Germany, seeks an IT infrastructure specialist to plan, install and administer IT infrastructures and system solutions across locations in Germany, the U.S., and China.

You will monitor server, network, and cloud infrastructures, ensure availability, performance and security, and support projects while documenting standards and collaborating with departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or comparable IT training with professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience in the infrastructure field.
• In-depth knowledge of administering Windows-based systems.
• Experience working with networks, virtualization, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure).
• Knowledge of IT security and system optimization.
• Experience with monitoring tools and backup solutions.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and an independent and structured approach to work.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
