Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, or related IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure administration, and cloud security.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, patching, and hardening practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and troubleshoot core infrastructure services on premises and in the cloud.
• Support servers, AD, storage, backup, virtualization, and endpoint services.
• Manage enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) and cloud connectivity.
• Assist with incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
• Collaborate across IT teams and leadership to improve security posture and reliability.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues and document findings.
