IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Specialist III in Franklin, TN, or Phoenix, AZ. This vital role involves systems administration and operational support on an Infrastructure Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience or a relevant degree, along with skills in Windows and Linux OS administration, PowerShell, and VMware. Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree in IT systems.
• Proficiency in administering Windows 2012/2016/2019 and Linux OS.
• Expertise in scripting with PowerShell or Ansible.
• Experience with VMware ESXi (6.0/6.5/6.7/7.0) administration.
• Strong knowledge of message collaboration systems, including Exchange and O365.

Responsibilities

• Create automation solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for existing systems and practices.
• Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge of information systems technology.
• Collaborate with other teams to review and implement infrastructure changes.
