Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Audit Manager and SME to support a critical identity management application for DoD. You will plan, design, implement, and manage complex audit projects, providing technical direction to teams and delivering compliant results on schedule and budget.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years experience with government audits, PMP/Agile or equivalent certification, and active IT security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field.
• At least 6 years of applicable financial or business experience, including 2+ years with government audit projects.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• Knowledgeable in OMB Circulars A-123, A-134, and related standards.
• Experience working with DoD/DLA.
• Relevant certification such as PMP or Agile, or equivalent.
• Preferred: active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).

Responsibilities

• Applies accounting principles and theories to aid management decisions and improve performance.
• Manages a project and directs sub-tasks with guidance to ensure timely delivery.
• Participates in engagement planning and executes delegated tasks.
• Designs, implements and manages audit projects and client solutions with the team.
• Interfaces with the client on a day-to-day basis.
• Directs project tasks within time and budget constraints and ensures compliance with the PWS.
• Performs day-to-day activities and reviews work for regulatory adherence and quality.
