Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Audit Manager and SME to support a critical identity management application for DoD. You will plan, design, implement, and manage complex audit projects, providing technical direction to teams and delivering compliant results on schedule and budget.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years experience with government audits, PMP/Agile or equivalent certification, and active IT security clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field.
  • At least 6 years of applicable financial or business experience, including 2+ years with government audit projects.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in OMB Circulars A-123, A-134, and related standards.
  • Experience working with DoD/DLA.
  • Relevant certification such as PMP or Agile, or equivalent.
  • Preferred: active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).

Credence has an immediate need for a IT Systems Audit Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will support a critical identity management application for DoD. This role will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing complex accounting and audit projects in accordance with applicable laws, standards, regulations, and customer requirements. This position provides technical direction to project teams, analyzes complex financial and business issues, develops client solutions, manages day-to-day audit activities and deliverables within established schedules and budgets, reviews work products for completeness and compliance, and leads client meetings and presentations.

  • Manages a project and provides guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks.

  • At least 6 years of applicable financial or business experience, including at least 2 years with the government leading and providing technical direction on audit and/or audit advisory projects.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Knowledgeable in OMB Circulars A-123, Management's Responsibility for Internal Control; A-127, Financial Management Systems; A-134, Financial Accounting Principles and Standards; and the Federal Information Systems Controls Audit Manual requirements
  • Experience working with DoD/DLA
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority. Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Agile, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.
  • Preferred: Possess and maintain an active CompTIA Security+ certification (or an approved industry equivalent, such as ISC2 SSCP).
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
