The role requires senior cybersecurity engineering, RMF practitioner with 12+ years of progressive DoD experience, and managing RMF lifecycle activities including ATO sustainment and STIG compliance across classified and unclassified environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of DoD RMF experience.
• CISSP certification required.
• Experience with DISA STIGs and NIST SP 800-53.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF categorization, control selection and implementation for multiple DoD information systems.
• Prepare and maintain System Security Plans, Security Assessment Reports, and Plans of Action & Milestones.
• Coordinate with security engineers for continuous monitoring and ATO sustainment.
• Manage enclave/cloud migration while maintaining RMF compliance and STIG baselines.
