Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of cyber security program standards, processes, and procedures compliance.
• Ability to write security policies, CSS, SSP, SSPP, and assess ATO artifacts.
• Expert understanding of RMF v5 (processes, workflow) and POAM management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security controls are implemented and maintained per RMF v5 and DoD guidance.
• Manage ATO packages and draft security documentation (CSS, SSP, SSPP, SSPP).
• Coordinate with IT staff for STIG remediation and risk assessments.
• Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
