Job summary

DLA Careers is seeking an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) to perform complex AIS analyses, acting as the primary liaison between customers and development teams. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and assess change requests to enhance efficiency and value.

The role involves collaboration with DLA, DoW, and military services, conducting impact analyses, and developing automated test plans to ensure quality and timely delivery of capable AIS solutions.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience that is directly related to IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) duties.
• Experience identifying and documenting system interface requirements with AIS.
• Experience conducting tests and coordinating defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex systems analysis for AIS projects and identify solutions for errors and gaps in requirements.
• Serve as liaison between customers and development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Evaluate change requests and legacy processes to improve efficiency and business value.
• Conduct effort and impact analyses for planning, budgeting, and implementation schedules.
• Advise on COTS software selection and integration to meet mission requirements.
• Collaborate with DoD and military services during planning to align AIS with objectives.
• Develop and execute automated test plans to validate capabilities meet requirements and quality standards.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with developers to resolve defects.
