magniX USA Inc in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, cloud services, and security controls. You will support and improve ERP/MES/PLM integrations, manage M365/Entra, and provide Tier 2/3 support across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT experience in systems administration, enterprise application support, and end-user support.
• 3+ years administering Windows enterprise infrastructure including Active Directory, Entra, InTune, Exchange Online, MS365.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms and cloud services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or another scripting language for automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and monitor Windows and Linux server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Support and administer enterprise business applications (ERP, MES, PLM) including license management, security updates, and backups.
• Assist in security controls, patch management, endpoint protection, and remediation per policies.
• Assist with network security & configuration including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and cloud resources.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and process improvements; participate in IT projects from planning to deployment.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support to engineering, manufacturing, and business users.
