Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Chicago, IL, is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to maintain enterprise endpoints and IT infrastructure in a hybrid work environment. The role requires 5–10+ years in IT systems administration with expertise in Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure AD, and security tooling; strong communication and on-call readiness are essential.

Base pay ranges from $118,000 to $144,000 USD annually with a 20–30% bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on-call rotation required.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Job Description

Required Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.

• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
• Experience coaching or mentoring team members.

Base Pay

$118,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 20% - 30%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
