Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Information Technology Support, Senior Specialist to support the Military Intelligence Center of Excellence (MIITS Contract) on the G6 Systems Operations Desktop team at Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will provide hardware/software support for PCs and related network equipment, diagnose issues, and assist users with technology purchases and basic programming.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma and 3+ years experience, with an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to

Qualifications

• HS with 3 years
• Intelligence Systems Experience
• Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for computers and networks including servers, modems, PBX, cables and connectors.
• Offers PC hardware/software support to internal/external customers.
• Diagnoses hardware, software, and network problems and escalates when needed.
• Maintains network diagrams, trouble logs, and user training on computer use.
• Assesses user needs and recommends software/hardware purchases; basic PC and network programming.
