Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a multi-site IT team. Based in the Plymouth, MN office, you will provide advanced, company-wide support and manage endpoint deployment workflows, security patching, and automation opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT support, strong knowledge of M365, Entra ID, Windows and MacOS, and experience with JAMF and Intune. This hybrid role requires onsite presence and occasional after-hours cover.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Advanced administrative experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows OS, MacOS.
• Advanced MDM administration experience with JAMF and Intune.
• Experience setting up zero-touch deployments for Windows and Mac.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide patching policies and procedures.
• Experience with remote management tools (GoToResolve, ConnectWise).
• Experience in ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliant environments.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Willingness to learn industry applications and automation opportunities.
• Advanced knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and AV/conferencing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software and networking at Plymouth, MN.
• Offer advanced helpdesk support via phone, email, or remote tools.
• Respond to, track, and resolve helpdesk tickets promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain SaaS subscriptions and peripherals.
• Manage endpoints via central MDM systems for Mac and Windows.
• Own IT controls and provide audit evidence as required.
• Maintain asset inventory from procurement to retirement.
• Assess and implement SaaS and technical solutions addressing business needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Provide offsite technical support for events as needed.
