Job summary

TensorWave is looking for a Tier 2 IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. You will resolve escalated technical issues and administer the systems, devices, and applications that keep our employees productive and secure, reporting to the Head of IT across offices, data centers, and remote teams.

This role partners with People Operations and security teams to manage onboarding, access, and compliance while maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases in Confluence, and you will automate

Qualifications

3+ years of IT support or systems administration with Tier 2 experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 and employee support requests; resolve complex hardware, software, access, and network issues.
