Job summary
Capital Area Food Bank in Washington, DC seeks an IT Support Engineer to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure. You will support CAFB staff, document systems, and act as SME for key services while mentoring technicians and interns.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years related work experience or equivalent certifications/education.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra.
- Familiarity with SaaS implementations (NetSuite, Jira, SharePoint, O365).
- Experience with Microsoft automation tools like Power BI and Fabric.
- Understanding of IT process workflows (ITIL/ITSM) and security incident response.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT support operations with tier 2/3 escalation.
- Lead projects and document system specifications and designs.
- Create and deliver end-user training materials.
- Configure and provision hardware, accounts, and network settings.
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine security checks.
