Job summary
enGen is seeking a senior technical storage professional to contribute to design, development, and maintenance of our IT storage solutions. You will support production monitoring, data backup, and recovery activities while collaborating with IT, product, analytics, and business teams to meet organizational needs.
The role emphasizes architecture definition, governance, and delivering fault-tolerant storage solutions with a focus on security and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experiences in designing, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions and providing production support.
- 7 years of experience with technology platforms and infrastructure in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, test, implement, and automate technical IT storage solutions.
- Provide production monitoring and storage capacity management.
- Assist in data backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery testing.
- Collaborate to design storage architectures aligned with enterprise goals.
- Gather requirements from IT, product, analytics, and business teams.
- Document processes and review technical work.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
