Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting technical IT storage solutions, with production support responsibilities.
• 5+ years of technical problem solving and cross-team collaboration.
• 5+ years of CS concepts, OS basics, and scripting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, test, implement, and automate storage solutions.
• Monitor storage capacity and provide ecosystem support.
• Assist in data backup, recovery, and DR/cyber recovery testing.
• Collaborate with IT, product, analytics, and business to gather requirements.
• Document processes and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• -Mentor junior engineers as needed.
