Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related IT field.
• Five years of general IT experience including three years in technical project management and two years in supervision.
• Experience substitutions: 4 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Supervisory duties include leading, mentoring, and evaluating staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct staff in IT project activities.
• Develop and implement annual IT plans for the court.
• Plan and prioritize work, monitor projects, and allocate resources.
• Oversee desktop/server upgrades, backups, and network security.
• Coordinate security programs for court computer assets and monitoring.
