Job summary
Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) invites applications for Information Technology Specialist I–IV positions tied to the Skyline project. Two roles will be filled at the highest level for which candidates are qualified, with duties spanning IT analysis, design, development, and support for project controls, document management, and rail operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree specified in MIS/IT or related field; CS also qualifying with relevant project-controls/data-systems experience.
- Higher levels require progressively responsible IT experience including analysis, configuration, and support of information systems or infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional IT work: analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of information systems for project controls, document management and rail operations.
- Lead or support configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise systems and dashboards; contribute to data integrity checks and system testing.
- Assist with analytics, KPI development, and reporting solutions for project controls and financial management.
