Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Manager, IT SOX Compliance based in the United States. In this remote leadership role, you will drive the IT SOX program across systems and infrastructure, partnering with IT, audit, and business teams to strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT audit/compliance or IT SOX experience with strong control focus.
• 3–5 years in IT SOX management or equivalent leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CISA/CIA/CPA/ITIL/CRISC or equivalent risk-focused certification expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT SOX program design and ongoing improvements for ITGCs across systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain SOX documentation including narratives, flowcharts, and risk-control matrices.
• Monitor ITGC design and operating effectiveness; drive remediation with control owners.
• Coordinate audits, evidence collection, and certification activities with auditors and stakeholders.
• Oversee access controls and vendor/SaaS review processes, including UARs and SOC assessments.
• Track KPIs and continuously strengthen the IT control environment.
