Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr Internal Auditor, IT in Irvine, CA for an on-site role. You will plan and perform IT SOX testing, assess control design and operating effectiveness, and document results to support SOX compliance.

You will partner with control owners to evaluate evidence, prepare narratives and control matrices, and drive remediation. A 3+ year IT audit background and COSO/COBIT knowledge are essential; CISA or Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years IT audit experience with an emphasis on Sarbanes Oxley testing.
• Strong knowledge of COSO and COBIT frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and perform testing of IT SOX controls, including assessments of control design and operating effectiveness.
• Evaluate control evidence and testing results to determine compliance with established control objectives and SOX requirements.
• Prepare appropriate documentation (e.g. narratives, flowchart, control matrices, segregation of duties analyses, audit reports, etc.) in support of all work performed.
