Job summary

Masimo Corporation, a leading medical technology company based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Sr Internal Auditor, IT to support SOX compliance and IT controls. This on-site role reports to the Director, Internal Audit and sits within the Irvine office.

The role requires at least 3 years of IT audit experience with emphasis on SOX, strong COSO/COBIT knowledge, and a relevant bachelor's degree. Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of I.T. audit-related experience with an emphasis on Sarbanes Oxley testing.
• Strong knowledge of COSO and COBIT frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and perform testing of IT SOX controls, including assessments of control design and operating effectiveness.
• Evaluate control evidence and testing results to determine compliance with established control objectives and SOX requirements.
• Prepare appropriate documentation (e.g. narratives, flowchart, control matrices, segregation of duties analyses, audit reports, etc.) in support of all work performed.
