Job summary

Stradit LLC is seeking an IT Strategic Sourcing Senior Associate to manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including RFx, contracting, and onboarding, in a hybrid setup across Jersey City and Tampa. The role emphasizes negotiated terms, category strategy alignment, and ongoing governance with IT vendors.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in IT sourcing, strong supplier management, and a proven ability to deliver cost savings while balancing risk and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related IT sourcing or category management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support IT sourcing partnerships with business customers to deliver on sourcing strategy.
• Manage supplier relationships to enable continuous value delivery.
• Oversee full lifecycle of strategic sourcing, RFx, contracting and downstream procurement workflow.
• Proactively manage renewals to drive savings and avoid disruptions.
• Participate in value-driven QBRs for key IT vendors.
• Use spend/contract data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead sourcing projects with clear objectives balancing financial, risk, and operational benefits.
• Develop SME knowledge via benchmarking, industry collaboration, and training.
• Conduct supplier negotiations to obtain favorable terms and pricing.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and resolve onboarding issues.
• Update customers on status and timelines for requests.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Directors to align with category strategy and targets.
• Integrate risk and control processes into daily duties.
