Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, IT Sourcing, or IT.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with IT hardware/software sourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop category strategies and drive cost reductions.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and contracting aligned to policy.
• Negotiate terms to optimize cost, quality, and delivery KPI.
• Drive supplier base reduction and standardization across manufacturing sites.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and provide market insights.
