Siemens Healthineers US is seeking a senior procurement leader to manage total purchasing volume for IT commodities, partnering across business units to align strategies and achieve cost savings. You will lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiations, building strong stakeholder relationships while navigating multi-national procurement networks.

Qualificações

• 10-15 years Procurement experiences with 10+ years of IT category management experiences.
• Proven track record of building strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
• Aptitude for handling multi-dimensional, complex processes and/or projects.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for total Purchasing Volume (PVO) of an assigned (Sub) Commodity with focus on Pooling.
• Manages designated IT Commodities for internal & external uses cross-business and fences cost savings targets.
• Defines commodity structure, strategy, and communicates it to stakeholders for long-term supply.
• Develops material productivity measures to maximize cost savings contributions.
• Runs Strategic Sourcing processes and negotiations to achieve optimum conditions and savings.
• Identifies procurement risks and opportunities to mitigate damage and exploit opportunities.
• Performs supplier management and development to ensure optimum supply chain.
