Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead IT category strategy, contracts, and supplier relationships within a dynamic sourcing organization. This senior role requires extensive experience in technology procurement, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost-effective solutions across multiple IT domains.

The role reports to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and emphasizes cost reduction, process improvements, and stringent governance across project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing and procurement operations experience in the technology industry.
• Experience driving scalable operational transformation in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with large technology partners (professional services, software/hardware).
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Six Sigma and/or CPSM certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Review contracts to ensure requirements meet Lennar policies.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors on contract intake and finalization.
• Lead strategic IT sourcing programs across multiple categories.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and supplier performance improvements.
• Prepare and evaluate RFPs/RFIs and conduct negotiations.
• Analyze financial data related to sourced products/services.
• Ensure IT minimum standards are documented and followed
