Job summary

Kaiser Permanente's National products IT team is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive architecture and design across major initiatives. You will partner with business and product teams to translate requirements into implementable solutions engaging IT and vendor teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to guide complex projects from requirements to delivery, aligning with enterprise strategy and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments.
• Minimum one (1) year software or application development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise and coordinating resources.
• Promotes learning and cross-functional collaboration to drive projects forward.
• Leads requirements gathering and translates them into workable technical solutions.
• Evaluates vendors and drives standardized tools and processes across the enterprise.
• Influences senior management on integrating requirements with current systems.
