Responsibilities

• Determines impact of new programs on existing system operations.
• Oversees development of system specifications with business users and sponsors.
• Assists in projecting software and hardware requirements.
• Oversees design, development, maintenance, testing and debugging of software per SDLC.
• Leads project scope, objectives and team workload management.
