Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise IT support and operations.
• Hands-on experience with device management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF) and familiarity with DNS, DHCP, AD and Azure.
• Strong organizational skills and a technology-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask, collaborate within a team, and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in English, with on-site work in Las Vegas 3x/week.
• Solid understanding of scripting languages like PowerShell, with preferred certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL/HDI or Customer Service).

What You'll Do as a Senior IT Services Technician

• Provide exceptional, customer-first IT support for various devices and platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

• Manage and administer enterprise IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and foundational network support.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience with device management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF, and familiarity with DNS, DHCP, MS Active Directory, and Azure.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a technology-driven approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to multitask, collaborate effectively within a team, and communicate clearly with a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in English, with the ability to work on-site in Las Vegas 3x/week.

• A solid understanding of scripting languages like PowerShell, with preferred certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL/HDI, or Customer Service.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 30.00 USD - 37.50 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
