Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, a leading global law firm, is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst in Houston to deliver first level support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. You will triage issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams to maintain operational continuity across the firm.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT customer support, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows OS, M365, Litera, iManage and Adobe Acrobat products.

Formación

• Associate degree in IT or related field required.
• 5+ years in IT customer support or related area preferred in professional services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to work with varied tech skills.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, M365, Litera, iManage and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first level IT support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to Level 2/3 as needed.
• Document incidents and resolutions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other service desk analysts and IT teams for timely issue resolution.
