Formación

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 5+ years related IT support experience in a professional services setting.
• Experience with Windows, M365, Litera, iManage and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first level support for hardware, software and cloud services.
• Document incidents and update tickets; triage and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Level 2/3 teams to ensure timely resolution.
