Ares Management Corporation seeks a senior program/project manager for the Infrastructure and Platforms group to run IT projects across a multinational enterprise. The role requires strong Agile and waterfall experience, with Scrum Master capabilities and the ability to produce Gantt charts.

The candidate will oversee complex cloud, IT, and software engineering projects, engaging in cross-functional leadership and delivery across the organization. Base salary ranges are provided in the posting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of large-scale program management in financial services.
• Experience in Agile, with Scrum Master experience.
• Ability to manage large technical programs deployed to thousands of employees.
• Active knowledge of Jira & MS Project (optional).
• More technical background is a bonus.
