Job summary

Velos is seeking an experienced IT Security professional to lead security efforts at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security plans, coordinates security policies, and ensures compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a BS degree or 5+ years with an MS degree, or 0+ years with a PhD.
• Must have a TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of security plans and policies.
• Implements countermeasures against security breaches.
• Coordinates security rules with IT Operations.
• Configures and maintains user access.
• Conducts periodic risk management audits.
