Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Security Associate Manager to lead IT security for the Americas region. You will oversee daily security operations, drive risk management, and ensure regulatory compliance across regional programs.

The role partners with HQ and regional teams to implement security policies, respond to incidents, and advance the security posture of the organization across on-site facilities and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in information security operations or engineering.
• Experience with security architectures and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Secure IT services for the Americas region and oversee security operations.
• Develop, monitor, and refine regional/global security infrastructure programs.
• Ensure PCI/PII compliance and oversee vendor QSA activities.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate 24x7x365 response and notifications.
• Develop training and awareness to foster a culture of care.
