Job summary

Sports Info Solutions (SIS) is seeking a Senior ISO Analyst to join our Tech Department. The role is full-time and hybrid, with frequent trips to our Bethlehem, PA headquarters to manage core infrastructure and support users.

You will secure, scale, and monitor our cloud and on‑prem environments, administer Active Directory, IAM, and SaaS platforms, and provide end‑user support to customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Hyper V, Windows Server environments, Windows 11 Support, RAID levels, and controller configurations.
• Palo Alto Firewalls, Netgear enterprise switching, and solid networking fundamentals.
• Security monitoring, EDR, firewall configuration, network microsegmentation, and best practices.
• AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Active Directory, MS Entra, SAML, SSO, SCIM.
• MS365, Google Workspace, and Jira Service Management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize hybrid cloud environments across Azure and AWS.
• Modernize and maintain server and network infrastructure including Hyper-V clusters.
• Maintain Active Directory and enforce security policies.
• Manage IAM architecture including MS Entra, SSO, SAML, and SCIM integrations.
• End user support via ticketing system and incident handling.
• Execute minimal-downtime production server administration.
• Maintain disaster recovery strategies using Veeam.
• Monitor health and respond to incidents with Auvik, Nagios, Graylog, and AlienVault.
• Oversee MS365 and Google Workspace environments.
