Job summary

Sports Info Solutions (SIS) seeks a Senior ISO Analyst to join our Tech Department in a hybrid role with travel to Bethlehem, PA. You will oversee core infra, cloud and on‑prem environments, enforce security policies, and support enterprise systems while enabling users across the organization.

You’ll manage IAM, AD, SSO/SAML/SCIM, monitor health, and coordinate disaster recovery. Collaboration across teams and strong attention to security are essential.

Qualifications

• Hybrid IT environment management and security administration experience.
• Strong background in cloud and on‑prem infrastructure and enterprise software.
• Experience with identity and access management and security policies.
• Experience with monitoring, incident response and disaster recovery practices.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Modernize and maintain server and network infrastructure, Hyper‑V.
• Manage Active Directory and IAM architectures (MS Entra, SSO, SAML, SCIM).
• Monitor security, perform incident response, and manage endpoints with ThreatLocker.
• Support disaster recovery using Veeam and ensure system health and DNS reliability.
• Oversee SaaS platforms (MS365, Google Workspace) and ticketing workflows.
• Provide end-user support and collaborate with customers as needed.
