Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional Scrum teams across multiple functions.
• Facilitate agile rituals: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily coordination, retrospectives.
• Manage epics, stories, milestones, risks, and resources in Jira and other tools.
• Coordinate release readiness, deployment planning, and post-launch follow-through.
• Coach teams toward self-management and continuous improvement.
